대학원 [논문지도교수 선정시기] 및 [학위청구논문(대체) 신청자격] 규정이 아래와 같이 개정되었음을 알려드립니다. 

 

○ 논문지도교수 선정시기

[관련근거] 대학원 학칙시행세칙 제61조 논문지도교수 선정 시기

① 모든 학위과정의 지도교수 선정 시기는 2차 학기 이내로 한다.

② 각 학위과정의 학생은 위 지정된 기간에 지도교수 제청을 하여야 하며 학과 주임교수(학과장)은 학과 재학생의 지도교수 제청서를 1학기는 3월 30일, 2학기는 9월 30일까지 대학원에 제출하여 대학원장의 승인을 받아야 한다.

 

○ 학위청구논문(대체) 신청자격

[관련근거] 대학원 학칙 제47조 학위청구논문 제출자격 

① 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 구비한 자는 학위청구논문을 제출할 수 있다.

1. 학위과정의 수료에 필요한 최저학점을 모두 취득한 자 또는 당해 학기 취득 예정인 자

2. 외국어시험에 합격한 자

3. 종합시험에 합격한 자

4. 기타 각 대학원 내규로 정한 사항

(경과조치) 이전 입학자는 2025-2학기부터 적용한다.

※ 석사학위논문대체 실기발표 신청자도 해당됨.

【校规修订】论文指导教授选定时间以及学位论文（代替学位论文）申请资格变更指南

 

一般大学院关于【论文指导教授选定时间】以及【学位论文（代替学位论文）申请资格】相关校规做出如下修改。

 

○ 论文指导教授选定时间

[相关依据] 一般大学院校规细则第六十一条，论文指导教授选定时间

① 所有学位课程的指导教授选定时间应为第二学期以内。

② 各学位课程学生应在上述规定时间内提出申请指导教授，学科主任（学科长）应于第一学期3月30日、第二学期9月30日之前将本专业在校生的导师请求书提交至一般大学院，并经过一般大学院院长的批准。

 

○ 学位论文（代替学位论文）申请资格

[相关依据] 一般大学院校规第四十七条学位论文提交资格

  • ①具备下列各项条件的人可以提交学位论文
  • 1. 修满或者预定在该学期修满学位课程结业所需的最低学分。
  • 2. 外语成绩提交合格者
  • 3. 综合考试合格者
  • 4. 其他各大学院内规规定的事项

(过渡措施) 已入学的学生将从2025年第二学期适用此条规定

※ 以实际技能发表代替硕士学位论文申请者也适用此条规定

[Revised Regulations] Selection deadline of a thesis advisor and qualification of thesis(substitute) submission 

 

We would like to inform you that the graduate school regulations regarding the selection period of thesis advisors and qualification of thesis(substitute) submission have been revised as follows.

 

○  Selection period of thesis advisors

Article 61 of the Enforcement Rules of Graduate School Regulations (Selection period of a thesis advisor)
① The selection period of a thesis advisor for all degree programs should be within the second semester.
② Students in each degree program must submit an advisor request during the above-designated period, and the head professor(head of the department) must submit an advisor request to the graduate school by March 30 for the first semester and September 30 for the second semester to obtain approval from the graduate school dean.

 

○  Qualification of thesis(substitute) submission

Article 47 of the Graduate School Regulations (Qualification of thesis submission) 
① A student who satisfies all of the following requirements may submit a thesis.
1. A student who has obtained all the minimum credits necessary for completing a degree program or who is scheduled to obtain the relevant semester
2. A student who has passed a foreign language examination
3. A student who has passed a comprehensive examination
4. Other matters prescribed by each graduate school's bylaws
(Transitional Measure) Previous entrants will apply from the Fall 2025 

 ※ Applicants for a master's thesis substitute art performance(work) are also applicable.
