학위청구논문심사결과 보고 기간에 내야할 서류를 안내드립니다.

아래 공지를 확인하시고 첨부파일에 있는 양식 사용하시면 됩니다. 

23일 오전까지 다 제출해주세요 !

 

1) 논문심사결과보고서 : 〔홈페이지>각종양식>논문〕에서 출력

- 석사는 ‘심사종합 보고서’ 제출

- 박사는 ‘심사요지 보고서’와 ‘심사일지 3부’ 제출

 

2) 학위청구논문 연구윤리 준수 서약서, 학위논문 유사도 확인서 : 〔홈페이지>각종양식>논문〕에서 출력

- 논문표절률 20% 이상인 경우에는 심사위원장의 의견 반드시 필요

- 논문표절률 20% 이하인 경우에도 표절률 기입 후 제출

 

3) 표절방지시스템 검사 결과보고서

- 학술정보원 웹 Database http://library.sejong.ac.kr/search/Search.ax?sid=7

  ☞ 15번 '표절검사서비스 카피킬러캠퍼스' 로그인 후 검사

- 검사조건 

  ① 비교범위 : 현재첨부문서, 카피킬러 DB

  ② 검사설정 : 인용/출처 표시문장 제외, 제목/목차/참고문헌 제외

  ③ 표절기준 : 6어절 이상 일치, 1문장 이상 일치  

- 발급형태는 요약보기, 확인자 란에는 본인 서명

- 인터넷 표절검사무료서비스인 카피킬러라이트 결과보고서는 제출 불가

※ '카피킬러 검사, 온라인 제출, 인쇄본 제출' 논문은 모두 동일해야 합니다. 

 

4) 학위청구논문 심사종합판정표

- 학과 학사정보시스템에서 조교만 출력 가능

- 구술심사 전 학과에 출력 요청하여 구술심사 시 심사위원장에게 제출

- 논문 제목 수정 방법  

  ① ‘학위청구논문 심사종합판정표’에 수기로 변경

      (출력된 제목을 두 줄로 긋고 변경된 제목을 기재 후, 변경된 제목 옆에 심사위원장이 서명)

  ② 위 1),2),3)과 함께 학과에 제출

  ③ 학과 : 조교는 심사위원장 날인을 반드시 확인 후, 학과 학사정보에서 제목 변경

  ④ 학생 : 〔학위청구논문신청〕 메뉴에서 변경된 제목 확인 후, 오입력이 발견되어 추가 수정 필요 시 학과에 정정 요청

※ 6.23(목) 이후에는 논문 제목 수정 불가하오니, 기한 내 반드시 변경된 제목 확인

2)Pledge of compliance of research ethics for a thesis

3)Confirmation of result of plagiarism check for a thesis   (number 2,3 is in one file which is 2nd attachment)

4)Anti-Plagiarism System Inspection Results Report (! Please read the notice below)=> Print it from the website   https://library.sejong.ac.kr/en/search/Search.ax?sid=7

5)Certification of Thesis/Dissertation Defense 

 

 

1) 논문심사결과보고서(thesis review report) : Print from 〔홈페이지>각종양식>논문〕

- Master’s : Submit 심사종합 보고서(comprehensive report)

- Doctoral : Submit 심사요지 보고서(summary report) and 심사일지 3부(the record that was reviewed three times)

 

2) Pledge of compliance of research ethics for a thesis(학위청구논문 연구윤리 준수 서약서), Confirmation of result of plagiarism check for a thesis(학위논문 유사도 확인서) : Print from 〔홈페이지>각종양식>논문〕

- If the plagiarism rate of the thesis is 20% or higher, the opinion of committee chair is essential

- Even if the plagiarism rate of the thesis is less than 20%, write the plagiarism rate and submit it

 

3) 표절방지시스템 검사 결과보고서(Anti-Plagiarism System Inspection Results Report)

- Click Sejong University E-Library Database :

 ☞ Login and inspect your thesis according to No.16 'Plagiarism inspection service Copy Killer campus Manual' 

- Check conditions as follows ;

  ① Scope of comparison : current attached document and database of Copykiller

  ② Settings for checks : Sentences indicating quotation/source excluded and subject/table of contents/bibliography excluded

  ③ Standard for plagiarism : over 6 phrases or 1 sentence identical

- Summary view for issue type and student's signature for check box
